Madison, Wisconsin. After 4 rounds of grueling qualifying over 2 weeks at 3 different golf courses the 6 top golfers from The University of Notre Dame Women’s golf team set out for The Badger Invitational at the University of Wisconsin.

The team arrives today and will have a light warm up. Tomorrow is the practice round and the tournament will be 54 holes over three days, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. As SuperMom will be home with SuperSupportive Sister Lyla who is recovering from her back surgery yesterday (She is doing great, thank you for all of the well wishes) dad will make the trek out to Madison to cheer on the B.

Thirteen teams from all over the country will come out to play this first tournament of the season. B is ready to compete.

A big thank you for all of the support as Jordan starts her second season with the Irish. We apologize for taking so long between blogs but we don’t write unless we have something to tell you that pertains to golf. Jordan has been practicing and getting fit and is in a great place to start the season after some much needed R&R following the US Women’s Amateur in August.
