Jordan is headed to Texas for the Kathy Whitworth Invitational on Friday. (Click for more).

Since leaving Palo Alto just a week and a half ago B has traveled to Italy for a holiday, been to NY twice, and on this past Friday was fitted for a new driver by her club fitter, the master Tim Cahill. Today she and Coach Carl got back to it to get her tuned up for next weeks competition. Nelly won this in 2014 as a Junior, it is Jordan’s turn this year.

The above quote is from this years tournament chairman…..Not sure it is the “Most Prestious” but it is a competitive field.

This will be another large field of 72 players and it will be long at 6302 yards. Julie and SuperMom will fly out to Dallas on Friday the 7th and the first practice round will be on Saturday the 8th. On Sunday the 9th Jordan will have a second chance to see the course with her participation in the ProAm (the juniors will be the pros in this scenario) that gives the host club members, sponsors, and local bigwigs the opportunity to play a round with the competitors. The actual tournament will be 36 holes over two days, the 10th and 11th.

Thats all for now. We will be back on Sunday night with Jordan’s T time and a link to the live leaderboard if there is one for those who care to follow. Thank you from Jordan for all of the encouragement following the AJGA Invitational in Stamford.
