Tomorrow Jordan T’s it up at 8:40 for the New York State Woman’s Amateur at SKANEATELES CC.

Tomorrow will be a long and grueling day for B and SuperMom as both rounds one and two will get played back to back beginning on hole 1 at 8:40. There will be a very short break then Jordan will immediately T off for the second 18 holes. This field has definitely grown since the winner now goes to the US Am in Tulsa in August. There will be a cut after the second round tomorrow and only the top 30 will return on Tuesday for the final 18 holes.

There is a YouTube preview of the course, a list of players and T times, and a write up of players to watch that includes a nice paragraph about Jordan. Somewhere in that section will pop up a live leaderboard tomorrow for those that care to follow. They often do not go live until play starts. We will try to repost it when we see it.

Jordan and SuperMom arrived safely last night after the 5 hour drive. Their hotel backs up to the Maximum Security Prison at Auburn. Picking up hitchhikers is discouraged reads a sign on the road. Last night they went to a burger joint (get it, joint?) and tonight they went for Italian. With an 8:40 t time SuperMom will be making the PBJ with the crusts cut off at 6 as they will leave the hotel by 6:45. They can expect to walk over 12 miles during the two rounds. Of course there is a 55% chance of rain and thunderstorms and temps are predicted to be a low of 68 and a high of 86.
