To be more accurate, her father threw in the towel after the 16th hole. As it came over the top rope Jordan tried to protest but the fight was gone.
Truth be told, she should never have been allowed to compete today. She has spent the week with the flu even missing practice. Yesterday she did not have the energy to even finish the practice round with Supermom.
This morning she told her parents she was feeling 100% and they were dumb enough to believe her. Well, after the 5th hole dad watched her start to fade. As the temperature soared into the 90’s the Hills of Mission Impossible beat an already weakened B a bit too far. If allowed, she would have finished but dad had seen all he was willing to see.
That’s really all there is to say. A big thank you for all of the concern. She has learned from this experience as did her parents and coaches. To play at this level she needs be at full strength.

Oh my! I hope Jordan is feeling better very soon. My poor girl. Big hugs and GF Matzoh Ball Soup.
Love you guys!

You must listen to your body – and good that your Supermom and Dedicated Dad know you so well that you withdrew from the tournament. Rest up – feel better – you did the right thing. Love you, grandma jerie
