JORDAN IS LEADING THE NEW YORK STATE JUNIOR AMATEUR AFTER DAY 1. (Click for details and pictures).

Thirty Eight girls, many of them on their way to play college golf in a few weeks descended on Lake Placid for this years New York State Jr. Amateur. After the first round there is a solo first place leader with the only round under par for the day and that is our B. Still lots of golf to play with 36 holes remaining but a great start.

Jordan was consistent today with only 2 bogeys, 13 pars, and 3🐥’s. All red numbers today, and no, that is not a Russian slur but rather the finish in golf that everyone is looking for.
