In the end Jordan finished in 11th place in what turned out to be a tournament of survival. (Click for pics and details).

This was not about golf but rather about just finishing . Conditions were brutal. There is no way anyone would have played golf today if it was for pleasure and it is doubtful anyone in the US would have played a tournament under these conditions but everyone had traveled far and they played. Kids who in normal conditions shot under par were 15-25 over par. Winds were gusting to over 45 mph. Nothing was normal. Rain, wind and hail were the norm. Jordan battled through it and came out strong if not victorious.

That is really all we we have to say except we are damn proud of her. Thank you for all of the incredible support.

  2. What a challenging time for you – the conditions could not have been worse … but you did not give up being a part of this event. You are just amazing and a real winner.. Love you and your spirit under such terrible conditions. gramma jerie

  3. Love your toughness and perseverance. And love you. The conditions seemed less like a Bermuda Jr Women PGA tournament and more like the Bermuda Triangle. But you braved the storm. Brava!!
