Yesterday Super Mom and Crazy special Lil Sis Lyla braved the pouring rain so that B could play her second practice round at The Gauntlet. Jordan was paired up with one of the boys who is also playing the tournament (They don’t play together, they have a boys and a girls division). She and the boy decided to make some fun of it and played a match that Jordan won 5 & 4. This meant that she was 5 holes ahead with only four left to play…she killed him. This was the story that the editorial staff thinks they heard, but will clarify during the day and correct tonight if we got it wrong. Jordan shot a plus 1 and felt that her swing was slightly off because she was not getting deep enough in her backswing. Coach Carl and B discussed yesterday and she feels she has made the necessary corrections for a good result today.

Before we sign off, we want to send a very special shout out to B’s best buddy Faith who absolutely crushed it at the AJGA Golf Performance Center Junior Open at Salem Qualifier (she played it for practice as she was already accepted in the tournament) yesterday taking first place honors shooting +1. We wish her the very best of luck in the tournament that also starts today.
