JORDAN SHOOTS PAR TODAY to finish in 9th place at Celebration. (click for the story and videos)

This morning Jordan started the day in 15th place needing to make up at least 4 strokes to get into the top 10. After shooting +14 on day one, and +7 on day two, The B decided enough was enough and finally settled down to play HER game, and play she did. After the 3rd hole she was +3. From that point forward, the next 15 holes, she was -3. Undoubtedly the best stretch of tournament play she has ever played. In those 15 holes Jordan carded 1 bogey, 10 pars and 4🐥’s. She would end up tied for the very best round of the day.

Coach Carl in post round interview told Jordan’s dad, ”Yesterday’s front 9 were her best front of her tournament career, the entire round today was the best 18 she has ever put together in a tournament round. She left 8 points on the table so I know exactly what we will be working on over the next 3 days we have together.”

Just for the record, the best round Jordan has shot in tournament play was -1 at Eagle Creek in December, but this course, Celebration, is a much more difficult course. When Jordan was congratulated by her dad after the round, her response to him was, ”I could have finished under par.”

Jordan will spend the next three days working with Coach Carl Rabito in Orlando at OCN. She will return to Pound Ridge late on Thursday evening, have a light workout at Rockrimmon on Friday, then off to Bethpage on Saturday for a 36 hole 2 day MetJr. PGA tournament this weekend.

Thats all for now. Thank you for your support of B and her crew!

  1. WOWED, yet again. I am looking forward to meeting Coach Carl. Thanks for explaining this amazing game to all of US. That said, WE are ALL so thankful B really understands that which you are explaining.
And , yes, Jordan, you could have shot under par. That is why tomorrows were created and why all of your hard work and focus will pau off.
