Jordan finished the Metropolitan Jr. PGA season today shooting a 4 over 74. The round did not start well as she bogeyed 1 & 2 but bounced back carding a bird on 3, par on 4, and a bird on 5. She would finish the side at 2 over. On the back, B parred 10, and birdied 11 in style with her second chip in of the tournament. She was minus one on the back through 14 when disaster struck on 15 and she double bogeyed due to a lost ball. She went on to par 16 and 17, and then bogeyed her nemesis, hole 18 at Bethpage.
Over the day she had zero three putts, 4 one putts, and of course one zero putt (the chip in…As she likes to say, ”No Putter, No Problem!). She had 9 pars, 5 bogeys, 1 double bogey and 3 birdies. Over the two days, she was a very solid 10 over for the tournament. Great way to end the season.
Tomorrow Jordan heads back to Orlando and training with Carl Rabito. Two weeks from Thursday she will head to Palm Beach to compete in the Optimist Tournament of Champions at PGA November 13th and 14th.
