It has been a month since Jordan has competed and she is ready for Eisenhower Park on Saturday. (Click for more and Pics)

A month ago B was hit with a drive from another player during her practice round and had to withdraw from the AJGA Albany Tournament. This was her first withdrawal ever in competition golf and she was not happy about it. After a week of rest to allow her foot to heal she was back at the practice range and has not let up. With the start of the school year and her new school she has had more complication in her schedule, but she has settled into a rhythm and is full speed ahead.

Jordan has been working with Jerry Yochum her performance coach once a week and Carl Rabito her swing coach left on Friday after 8 days of grueling one on one with Jordan. The pull cut that had been haunting her has all but disappeared. Great job coaches.

Jordan has had a fun week playing other courses that Jerry was able to set up for her and Carl as Rockrimmon was closed a few days because of outside events. On Monday she played GlenArbor for the first time shooting a 77. A big thank you to Rob Labritz, Head Golf Professional, for hosting them. On Tuesday they played Bedford Golf and Tennis in the pouring rain. Thank you to Thomas Fletcher the Head Golf Professional there. Today she and her father will play Trump National Hudson Valley as guests of their friend Eugene Goetz.

Saturday it is back to competition for Jordan at Eisenhower Park where she will compete in a Met Junior PGA Futures Tour event. We will post her T time and the leaderboard later in the week when it is announced.

Jerry has been working to get Jordan comfortable with distractions on the course and tried to crowd her while she was chipping.

  1. Welcome back Jordan and her Press. I am ready to follow you wherever you go. I love you so much. You’re a special golfer and you’re my grandchild who will always be the best putter in my golf club. That’s the way I play. Go Jordan, Go, grandma jerie
