Today was an up and down practice round for Jordan who shot an 11 over. Certainly not one of her best days, but there was some positive pieces. (Click for details and Photos)

On hole number one, Jordan looked like she was going to come out with a bang getting on the par 4 in 2, and setting up a beautiful long putt that looked like it would go in for birdie….it did not. The ball lipped the hole but refused to drop stopping two feel away. Should have been an easy par but she missed and had to settle for bogey.

On two, a par 3, she missed the green and had to chip on from green side. Ball landed 20 feet feet from the cup and she 2 putt for bogey.

On three, second shot was short and to the right. Chipped up and then 2 putt, for the third bogey in a row. Plus 3 through 3.

Got worse on 4, another par 3. Ball flew to the sandbox to the left of the green. Chipped out but ball only went two inches on to the green. She chipped to 3 feet from the cup and missed the bogey putt, double bogey for 4th hole going to five over through 4 holes.

On 5, B hit the ball into the trees on the left, then was short on her 2nd shot into the green. Chip was short onto the green, then a 2 put for another Bogey. Six over through 5.

On 6, Jordan’s driver came alive with a beautiful shot down the middle….long. 2nd shot was 15 from the green (par 5 on this hole). Her chip was over the green to the back fringe. She then chipped to within 6 inches of the hole and tapped it in for her first par of the day with a one putt.

On seven, the second shot rolled off the back. As it was just off, she decided to putt rather then use a wedge. She put it within 4 feet and one putt to save par.

On eight, another one putt, this time for 🐥. Three one putts in a row, two par and a bird.

On 9, another par. Last 4 holes for the side were a minus 1. The damage though had already been done and she finished the side at a plus 5

After she made the turn, the wheels came off once again. She double bogeyed 10, and tripled 11 including chunking a ball into the water from 5 feet away.

On 12, Jordan got a par after leaving the birdie putt short by 2 feet. She bogeyed 13, then went on to par the last 5 holes (14-18) to have a great finish. She hopes to pick up and continue the par streak when she t’s off in the morning.

****One important note…Every time that Jordan plays, the goal is to win but today was a practice round and has zero bearing on this tournament, her ranking or anything else. She learned a ton about the course today and that is were the value is.

T time in the morning is at 8:30. Below is a link the live leaderboard if you care to follow.
