First, the score today was an 8 over par 80 putting Jordan into solo 25th place. Definitely not her finest performance for sure, but the details tell a different story. Jordan was on the green in regulation 15 out of 18 holes. This means that in theory, the B missed 13 birdie possibilities (She made 2). She just could not putt today. B had 7 three putts, and one four putt. Interesting part is this was something that Carl and Jerry discussed over the weekend as an area of concern. ON the bright side, the club selection was great today. The work yesterday afternoon paid off and she was much more comfortable with the distances her shots would fly.
After the round, Jordan went to Rockrimmon where she and Jerry spent two and half hours repairing the broken putter. They feel that they were able to isolate and fix the problem. Tomorrow is day 3 of the tournament and she hopes to move up the leaderboard a bit. This has been a very exciting and difficult tournament that Jordan has thoroughly enjoyed participating in.
