Jordan shot a 3 over 75 to finish her first round at the Optimist. She is tied for 6th place out of 60 total players.(Click for details and pictures).

The round started off dicey with Jordan carding a double bogey on one. She was able to shake it off and parred 2, bogeyed 3, birdied 4, then went on to par the next five to finish the side at 2 over 38. She started the back with a bogey on 10 with a ball that went swimming. She went bogey free through the next 8 holes including three 15 plus foot putts. Real feel temperature here is over 100 degrees.

Jordan is currently in a three way tie for 6th place 5 strokes out of 1st, and 3 out of 2nd.
