Today was certainly a better day for Jordan overall. She shot 5 over on the front 9, and was only 2 over on the back at the end of 17 (+7 for the round) when the thunderstorms rolled in and the claxton sounded to clear the golf course. At the time Jordan was in 13th place and was in a nice rhythm. After an hour, they called the match and ruled that only the front nine would count sending Jordan to 16th place for the tournament final. Overall a very tough course (club rules require motorized carts but the players walked it, 9.5 miles according to Jordan’s phone) and a frustrating way to end it.
