Jordan makes the cut at the AJGA UHY Albany Jr. and will go into the third and final round tied for 4th place at +1 for the tournament. (Click for details).

Today was ok for the first 6 holes with 5 pars and a birdie. The next 12 were rough. Jordan would bogey a full 1/3 of those holes with 3 of them over just the last 4 holes. According to SuperMom she was hitting them pure, but simply too far as all of them landed behind the pin. This course is terribly unforgiving for those who go past the pin and B did exactly that for the last 4 of the day. Without those last 4 holes Jordan is 2 strokes out of the lead, with them (the position she has found herself in) she needs to now get 5 back to take down the field.

The co-leaders are -4, the girl in 3rd is even, and Jordan is tied with two others at +1. She will need a stroke at least to medal but the win is still very much in her sights and within her abilities.

After the round B and SM wandered through a Nordstrom Rack, then had showers and picked up Greek food. This was followed by an early bedtime for Jordan and the long task of packing for SuperMom as they will need to check out before leaving for the course at 7 for the 9am T time.

The Greek Food…the vino is probably for SuperMom….Well deserved today and every day.

On this day 3 years ago, August 28th 2021 Jordan won the Ladies Club Championship at Rockrimmon. Hey, the editor had nothing to work with so this was the best he could do.
