B did not make the cut after round 2 at the PGA Jr. Championship and returned to Bedford last night. The original field of 156 was cut to 60 at Congressional after Wednesday’s round. A very hot and humid second round did not go quiet as Jordan had planned. Really not worth dissecting the day. This was just not Jordan’s tournament. It was a great experience and a special treat for her to play at this incredible venue. A big thank you to Jordan’s adopted Uncle David who is great to have in her corner as he also entertains dad during the 7-8 hours per day at the venue.
Today Jordan is at Rockrimmon practicing for her next event. This has been a long and action filled summer tour and there are still three tournaments to go. As they say on to the next….

Kari Bellville, the assistant Woman’s coach from Notre Dame came out to support Jordan

David Sirkin and dad were also in B’s cheering section

Jordan’s friend Dan Huang also came out to watch her
NOW we can discuss the next….The Northern Junior Championship begins with practice rounds on Sunday and Monday, then 36 holes taking place over Tuesday and Wednesday. SuperMom will take her up to Hartford where they will stay for the duration. It is about 90 minutes from home….general rule is any more then an hour is too much for those twice per day rides as they tend to exhaust B especially as often she will need to be at the course at first light.

Leaderboard from day 1 last year
Well, that’s all for now. Jordan is so grateful for all of the support both when she has a great tournament and when they are not quite what she hopes for. A big thank you for all that follow her. We will be back on Monday night with Tuesday’s T time and a link to the live leaderboard for those that like to follow.
It was exciting to even be a part of this. And so very nice to have the support of Notre Dame’s Assistant Woman’s Coach Karie Bellville who took a lovely picture with you. On to the next. I love you – I am so proud of you. grandma jerie
