Jordan finishes in 5th place after game gets cut short because of weather. (Click for details).

This is a bit delayed so we apologize. We try very hard not to cry over spilled milk as they say but yesterday was a hard pill to swallow. Jordan was +3 on the front 9 thanks to a double bogey but ended up with 🐥 on 17 right before the match was stopped because of weather. At this point in the match she was +2 on the day, +7 on the tournament. As not everyone got to finish, the officials decided to count only the front 9. When the group that Jordan was playing with, the top 3 read back their cards, she was actually in a tie for the lead but since the back 9 did not count where the other 3 picked up strokes, she was in 5th place. Again, the chips fell as they did. Jordan could just as easily had a great front and a terrible back and then she would have been handed the victory. Anyway, this blogger was super annoyed and frustrated for the B so he did not feel like writing until now but there it is.

Today Jordan practiced most of the day with Super Mom taking dozens of videos and sending them to Carl for corrections from Illinois, then practicing what he showed her, then the process once again. B feels like she got a lot fixed that was broken yesterday. She then played nine with Ian, a pro at the club and shot even including a 3 putt on the last hole. Go figure? Tomorrow will be more of the same as will Friday. On Sunday, Jordan, Super Mom and Awesome Fan sister Lyla will head to Fredericksburg Virginia to play the AJGA Jr. All Star at The Gauntlet. Sunday Afternoon B will play in a pro-am (she will be one of the pros for this fundraiser) sponsored by the AJGA, then a practice round on Monday and the tournament is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. That tournament will have a live leaderboard as do all of the AJGA matches and we will share it when we post her T time on Tuesday night.
