Jordan had the best start of her young career in tournament golf yesterday. Lets go right into it as the play by play will illustrate this. Coach Carl explained and critiqued every hole giving us a clear understanding which we will share with you.

On hole one, great drive, 130 into the green, almost holed it out for Eagle, 2 foot putt for 🐥.
Hole 2 was a par 4. She made the green and was 25 feet away. Ball lipped out for 🐥 and stopped 10 inches away, par.
Hole number 3 is a par 3. Jordan missed the green and had 25 feet to get on. CHIP IN BIRDIE!
So, there she was, -2 through the first three holes and she tee’s off of 4, a par 5. T shot hits the cart path and changes direction landing in the hazard. Jordan is forced to take a drop ball, but instead of choosing an iron and giving her self a shot that would have put her 150 yards or so out, chooses a wood and blasts the ball hitting a tree, and careening back into the woods. The hole would ended up as a triple bogey and a great lesson albeit a very costly one. Hole 5 is another par 3. Great shot to within 15 feet. 2 putt for par. Hole 6 is a par 5. Great drive, second shot to 12 feet. Just missed the Eagle putt, 2 putt for her 3rd 🐥 of the day in just 6 holes and back to even on the day including a triple. Hole 7 was as CC put it, ”A routine parr.” Hole 8 is a par 4. Great drive. Second shot to within 4 feet. 1 putt, 🐥, the 4th of the day bringing her to -1. 9 would be a bogey, bringing her to even for the front and the conclusion of the most exciting 9 of Jordan’s tournament life…..so far. On the back, Jordan would par 10 and 11 before her nerves would get the better of her. She bogeyed 12 & 13, doubled 14 & 15. parred 16, bogeyed 17, and parred 18 to finish at 79, 7 over.
Interviewing the coach this morning, he said, ”Hey, the kid has been playing golf for like 15 minutes. This is all extremely normal and years beyond where a guy should be who started playing golf 2 years ago. When you have a front like that, you go conservative to preserve your score. That does not work for a player like Jordan who swings like she does. The front 9 was exactly how she plays on the range and she took the range to the golf course today. It was effortless and 4 birdies in 9 holes shows that. She can not play conservative, she has to just play like Jordan and that is all I have to say on the matter.”
Interesting comments as Jordan’s other coach Jerry keeps saying to Jordan simply, ”Just play your game.”
Anyway, here we are about to T off for day number three at 10:12 in 15th place. She is only 4 strokes out of a top 10 finish.

Thats all for now. We will leave you with a couple of pics of Jordan and another junior golfer (or so she appears, but really it is super mom. Mom and Carl will again follow and hopefully transmit back pictures, videos and commentary that we can share with you. Jordan so appreciates all of the feedback and love as does the whole family.

What a fabulous report of a really productive day.
We are all on the edges of our chairs looking forward to more good news. Jordan and Julie are winners as are all of us who are gifted with the friendship of the Levitt Family. There is so much to be proud of and so much that has been worked for and well earned.
