Super competitive field today with only 5 strokes separating the leader from Jordan who is currently in a 4 way tie for 20th place. The leader was even on the day, 7 way tie for 2nd place with plus 1, 9th place is a plus 2, 5 are tied for 10th place with a plus 3, 5 are tied for 15th place with a plus 4, then Jordan.
The round had a very exciting start with B just missing a birdie on one, then making a 50 footer on 2 for bird. In the end, Jordan would have 6 bogeys, one birdie, and 11 pars. She had no three putts, and no double bogeys or worse.
The most exciting moment of the round came on the 17th hole when Jordan’s T shot ended up on the cart path. If she were to get relief, she would have been behind a tree. She pured it sending it on to the green where she had a 7 foot birdie opportunity that unfortunately she was not able to capitalize on and had to settle for par. The video below captured the shot…
Tomorrow’s T time will be at 8:06 AM. Allen and David Sirkin will be there to cheer her on along with Ed Reda once again. We had a wonderful surprise today when Cathy Baker from Rockrimmon showed up for the back nine. After the round Carl and Joran sorted through a few things that Jordan would like to tidy up before tomorrows final round.

Great again. For whatever understand in golf it sounds good. Especially shooting well from close to the tree. Z
